Privacy by design: minimal collection, separate consent, retention limits and clear routes to access, correct or delete your data.
Who we are
This website is operated by the Ezekiel Dalhatu Campaign Organisation, also known as the Dalhatu Musa Ezekiel Movement (DEM Movement), which is the data controller for information collected here.
What we collect
Only what a form needs for a stated purpose: your first name, area council, the issue you raise and — if you choose — an email address or telephone number.
What we never collect
Ethnicity, religion, party affiliation, voting history, voter identification number, precise income, medical details or biometric data.
Consent
Consent is separate for email, SMS and WhatsApp. Nothing is ticked by default, and we log the exact wording and time of every consent.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent at any time through the secure contact form on this website, marked “Data request”.
Retention
Records are held for a defined retention period and then deleted or anonymised.
Security
Information is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is restricted by role, and administrative activity is logged.
No sale or exchange
We do not sell, rent or exchange supporter data, and we do not upload scraped voter data.
Installed app and offline storage
If you install this website as an app or read it offline, your device may keep public interface files, approved images, public pages you have already viewed, documents you deliberately save for offline reading, your installation preference and service-worker cache information. Offline storage never includes volunteer submissions, contact messages, political preferences, resident letters, telephone numbers, email addresses, authentication credentials or other sensitive personal data. Forms are always sent over the network and are never cached. You can remove everything stored locally using the control below.
Clear offline data
This removes public pages, saved documents, images and installation preferences stored by this website on the device you are using now. It does not delete any record held by the organisation.
