Every record in this library stores: title, caption, event, date, location, area council, ward (optional), photographer, copyright owner, source, people shown, consent status, keywords, alt text, publication status, download permission, original file, optimised versions, administrator notes, authenticity information. Nothing is published until consent, alt text and approval are complete.

Photographs are never published where a person shown has not consented, and images are never edited in a way that changes what actually happened.
