The FCT Contract

Not just a manifesto. A public contract.

Every commitment identifies the action, the institution responsible, the senator's role, the timetable and the measure of progress.

All six commitments are currently at Proposed status. Nothing is marked achieved without published evidence, and every commitment is tracked publicly in the accountability section below.

A senator legislates, appropriates, scrutinises, advocates, convenes and represents. Promising executive action that belongs to other institutions is how public trust is lost.
