How an engagement is arranged

  1. 1. A community, association or stakeholder group registers its interest.
  2. 2. The organising team makes contact to understand the issue and the setting.
  3. 3. A suitable, accessible venue and date are agreed with the hosts.
  4. 4. The engagement is held, and what is heard is documented.
  5. 5. A public report-back follows through the Listening Tour and Newsroom.

This is an expression-of-interest programme. Candidate travel arrangements, private meeting details and security information are never published in advance.
